How It Works
1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Scoop Squad representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to set up your client portal.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Scoop Squad will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Scoop Squad family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends without the stink or the hassle of dog waste removal.
